During the checkout process, you will be prompted to upload a file or photo of your valid prescription. Please note that we are unable to fill prescriptions for bifocal or progressive lenses.
To create your new lenses, we also require your pupillary distance (PD), which is the distance between the centers of each of your eyes. If your prescription does not include your PD, you can easily take a photo of yourself at home and email it to us, following these directions. We would be happy to measure it for you. Providing your PD ensures that your glasses are perfectly customized for you.
To avoid any delays, please email us a photo or your PD as soon as possible, as this information is essential for creating your perfect pair of glasses, at helpme@roshambo.com.
We offer add-ons to enhance your lenses, including a scratch-resistant coating, which features a one-year, one-time replacement guarantee, or blue light blocking technology, beneficial for those who frequently use screens.
When selecting clear lenses, please choose only one option from the Rad, Radder, and Raddest tiers.
Note, the one-year, one time replacement guarantee is included at no additional cost for tinted, polarized or transitioning lenses.
Stronger prescriptions (sphere power > +/- 6.00 or cylinder power > +/- 2.00) require custom manufacturing and a $50 processing fee. Our system will indicate if this applies when you enter your prescription in the drop down fields. You can also email your prescription to helpme@roshambobaby.com for assistance.

Two sizes of temple pieces with adjustable felt headband or traditional behind the ears arms when you want them allow you to adapt to your baby’s needs - no tools required, snap in snap out, with no metal parts! Each order contains two straps matching the selected frame color, with varying lengths to help customize the fit: 1 strap of 15.75in and 1 strap of 19in.

For extra peace of mind—especially for babies and young kids—we suggest having your local optician double-check the lenses. Many offer this service at no cost. While we have an excellent accuracy record, a quick check can be reassuring.
All our glasses come with a 1-year replacement guarantee for frame damage. If they break, we’ll send you a new pair, all you’ll pay is shipping. Our transitioning and tinted/polarized prescription lenses also include a one-time, 1-year scratch replacement warranty. Clear lenses don’t come with this automatically, but you can easily add it when customizing your order. You’ll see plenty of options to build the perfect pair.
We typically ship your glasses within 7–10 business days—often even sooner! And if, for any reason, we can’t fill your prescription, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.

Our son is 2.5yo with down syndrome, and we were given a diagnosis and a strict warning that he runs a serious risk of going blind if he doesn't wear his glasses during every minute of his waking hours. We were stressed, terrified, and honestly had no idea how we were going to get him to wear glasses for 2 minutes, much less the majority of the day. Our first attempts (2 different pairs of expensive glasses from a local highly regarded optician) were nothing but struggle. Thankfully a coworker made an off hand recommendation for Roshambo. They seem much more thoughtfully designed for kids, and they are amazing for kids with special needs. It's not perfect, but he wears them mostly without any struggle at all. They're much lighter and don't irritate his head. He forgets they're there. And they are incredibly well made (no scratches so far). We are so much more comfortable knowing they're affordable, because any two year old runs the risk of losing them every now and again! :) All to say, we are so grateful we found this company!! Highly recommended! It's been such a challenge finding glasses that fit my little girls face that were cute, affordable and that we could try on ahead of time. Keeping glasses on a 9 month old is a challenge, but with multiple options included it ensures we have something that works and that grows with her. So grateful for this company. Got these for my daughter, they fit amazing and so easy to find the right adjustment for her. I tried other pairs and with her high prescription the frames were too big. First set that didn’t have her screaming and pulling them off. These are fitting great with her hearing aids and having a VP shunt ( an implanted drain from her brain.
