PD Measurement Instructions

If your eyeglasses prescription is missing the Pupillary Distance (PD) measurement, you can quickly send us a photo that we can measure on your behalf, following these instructions:

1.  Remove your glasses.

2.  Hold a credit card (or Hippo card from your Try-On Kit) centered below your nose. See examples of photos below for the perfect photo.

3.  Look directly ahead and have a friend take the picture standing at least 2 feet away.

4.  Email your photo to: helpme@roshambo.com
