You will have 7 days from receipt of your shipment to check the fit. Before the 7 days is up, send the try-on kit back using the prepaid shipping label we provide with your order. Kits can be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Once you've decided on your favorite fit, return to our website to make your online purchase. You have just gained peace of mind that your prescription frames will fit perfectly!
If you fail to get your frames postmarked in the mail after the 7 days, we will have no choice but to charge you $20 per frame. Don't make us do that, we honestly don't want to!

How do I know what size glasses I have?
If you have another pair of glasses that fit you well, you can look on the inside of the arms of your glasses for the measurement. You'll see a few numbers separated by squares or dashes, for example 41-16-100. Then you can pick your perfect Roshambo frame to fit!
