REMARQUE : Assurez-vous de télécharger votre prescription la plus récente, ainsi que votre distance pupillaire (PD), car elles sont toutes deux nécessaires pour créer votre paire parfaite.
Right Eye (OD) & Left Eye (OS)
OD stands for "oculus dexter" which is Latin for "right eye". OS stands for "oculus sinister" which is Latin for "left eye."
Sphere (SPH) aka Power (PWR)
If you’re nearsighted you’ll have a minus (-) before the number, and if you’re farsighted you’ll have a plus (+) sign.
Cylinder (CYL)
This is only for people with astigmatism. A nearsighted astigmatism will have a minus (-) before the number, and a farsighted astigmatism will have a plus (+) sign.
Axis
This is only for people with astigmatism. The axis is a number between 0 and 180 and determines the orientation of the Cylinder (CYL).
We need your Pupillary Distance (PD) to ensure that your glasses are customized to fit you perfectly. PD is the distance between the centers of each eye. Once we get your PD we can finish your glasses!
Kid PD Range: 35-65 mm.
Adult PD Range: 50-80 mm.
If your PD has 2 numbers, it is typically written 22/20 on your prescription. The first number is the right eye (OD), and the second is the left eye (OS).
1) ONLINE PD TOOL: Virtually measure your PD using our online tool! Click the "Measure My PD" button and follow the on screen instructions. Then enter your PD number in the form.
2) EMAIL A PHOTO: If your little squirmy wormy can't sit still long enough for the online tool (we totally get it!), you can just take a picture at home and we'll measure the PD for you. Follow these directions here.
Sometimes it can be hard with little ones, we totally get it! Take a picture following these directions and we'll measure the PD for you:
Make sure to add a spare frame so you can have fun swapping out your glasses colors!
Upload a copy of your prescription (or even just a photo) before checking out. Sorry, we can’t fill bifocal or progressive prescriptions!
If your prescription does not include your Pupillary Distance (the distance between the centers of each eye), you can either use our virtual PD measurement tool during checkout, or you can take a picture at home and email it to us and we’ll measure it for you! Your PD will ensure that your glasses are customized to fit you perfectly. Please email us the photo or PD to avoid delays - your PD is required for a perfect pair!
We offer a variety of add-ons for your prescriptions, which allows you to add on an additional scratch coating with a 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement guarantee, blue light blocking technology (for screen time use!) or even a spare frame to swap out your lenses! Only choose 1 of the Rad, Radder and Raddest options.
Stronger prescription powers require more TLC from our team and may encounter longer processing times. Sphere power over +/- 6.00 or Cylinder power over +/- 2.00 require custom made lenses with extra surfacing, shaping, and optical wizardry. If you have a stronger Rx, please select this option above to prevent significant delays in processing your order. We hate having to ask for more money later, it's a bummer for everybody! If you are not sure, email helpme@roshambobaby.com with your Rx and we can tell you!
We guarantee that the prescription glasses you receive will match the prescription you send us, or we will fix it free of charge. It's never a bad idea to have your new prescription glasses checked by your local optician for accuracy, especially for babies and little ones who can't self report an issue. Most opticians will be happy to check for free! We have an outstanding accuracy record and will of course fix any issue immediately, but peace of mind is worth the time!
We offer a full damage replacement guarantee if your frames break or get damaged in the first year of their use.
Our transition and tinted/polarized prescription lenses come standard with our 1-year, 1-time scratch replacement warranty included. Our clear prescription lenses do not automatically come with a scratch replacement warranty, but it is available for purchase! When you are purchasing your glasses you will see a few add-ons available to help you build your perfect prescription.
Most glasses should ship within 7-10 business days (often faster!). We can fill most prescriptions, but if for some reason we can't fill yours, we will let you know and issue you a full refund.
Our 5yo daughter has had glasses since 18 months and we’ve used Roshambo from the start. They're durable, affordable, and look awesome — lots of compliments from strangers. With her new prescription change, she decided to switch from rectangular to round and she is so happy with her choice. The toddler size still fits her great. I recommend Roshambo to everyone and am so glad we discovered them.
Baby girl LOVES her “Special Power” glasses!!!
I went to multiple eye glasses stores and none of them carried glasses that fit my 2 year old. I finally found Roshambo online, and they’re perfect. They’re so light and comfortable on my toddlers face, even with heavy, high prescription lenses. She loves them and has no problem keeping them on.
These were perfect for my son!
We just got these glasses for my almost 3-year-old. He had destroyed his previous glasses in quick succession. These have held up so far despite his best attempts to break them in half. They also stay on His face so nicely with the strap that goes around the back of his head. We use the lens cleaner every day, and he seems to be pretty happy and receptive to his glasses!
