Our eyes face daily exposure to sunlight, screens, and environmental stressors. From UV radiation outdoors to blue light from digital devices, modern life places new demands on eye health. This guide explains how different types of light affect your eyes and how to choose effective protection.
Prescription sunglasses have transformed from simple tinted lenses into advanced vision solutions that combine clear sight, UV protection, and modern style. If you have another pair of glasses that fit you well, you can look on the inside of the arms of your glasses for the measurement. You'll see a few numbers separated by squares or dashes, for example 41-16-100. Then you can pick your perfect Roshambo frame to fit!
Here’s what those numbers mean:
The first number is lens width. It will probably be between 40 and 60 mm and is usually followed by a square symbol.
The second number is bridge width, or distance between lens (DBL). It will likely be between 13 and 24 mm.
The third number is temple length. It’s probably between 100 and 150 mm.
