Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-prescription glasses: Returnable or exchangeable within 60 days of purchase.
  • Prescription glasses: Due to their custom nature, prescription glasses are not eligible for return or exchange.

US customers: Use our Easy Returns Portal to start a return or exchange and print a prepaid shipping label. Exchange shipping is free; return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless you selected free returns at checkout.

International customers: Returns are accepted, but you're responsible for shipping the item back at your own cost, with a copy of your invoice, to:

Frame Warranty
We'll replace a broken frame once, free of charge, within one year of purchase — whether bought from roshambo.com, a partner retailer, or Amazon — if the damage occurred under normal, expected, intended use. Roshambo Eyewear determines whether damage qualifies as normal use; damage from chewing, pet contact, or similar misuse is not eligible. Customers pay shipping.

Proof of purchase: For Amazon or partner retailer purchases, we require a photo confirming you have the pair before processing a replacement.

Lens Care
Lens scratching is expected with normal wear, especially for kids, and isn't covered under the frame warranty. Instead of a warranty claim, we sell replacement lens sets for our polarized sunglasses. This applies to non-prescription lenses only — prescription pairs are covered by a separate, optional warranty available at checkout.

Except as expressly stated in this policy, Roshambo Eyewear makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding products sold or content provided on roshambo.com. The site and its materials are provided "as is."

For products purchased on this site, our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product. For all other claims arising from your use of the site, its content, or its operation, Roshambo Eyewear is not liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. In no case are Roshambo Eyewear, its directors, officers, or employees liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
