My first purchase with this company was great, my second purchase the glasses got shipped elsewhere for my infant and they never arrived for vacation. It took almost near a month to get the glasses. We all know these aren’t the cheapest glasses because the quality is great but I honestly thought I would be treated better for the issue that happened. Instead I was told I can write refuse on the package and ship them back. We love these glasses we still wanted them but after almost a month of waiting, it being shipped to the wrong address, we were already on vacation and had to buy different ones, and then they arrived after vacation I honestly was expecting a refund or something else along the lines for the MAJOR inconvenience. This is the only company that’s never done something nice like that who I’ve bought from. I love buying from companies who treat their customers top notch not just in it for the money.
